A Demi Chef de Partie role is available at a multi outlet Spa Hotel located in Melton Mowbray. As demi chef de Partie you will be working with a team of 16 chefs working in different sections in the kitchen to gain experience. The spa hotel serves 100 plus covers each day in the restaurant serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. The hotel also has a busy function and banqueting department and is a popular wedding venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a demi Chef de Partie looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.

Requirements:

The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is preferred but not essential.
