A Junior Sous Chef role is available at a multi outlet Spa Hotel located in the stunning Snowdonia National Park. As Junior Sous chef you will assist the senior staff to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 12 chefs. The spa hotel has 2 kitchens one for the brasserie bar and grill that serves predominately fresh food, the head chef has autonomy on the menus which change seasonally. The brasserie serves up to 200 for breakfast, 100 lunch and again up to 200 for dinner. The second kitchen serves the busy conference and banqueting department which consist of 4 separate rooms and the hotel is also a busy wedding venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills.
