In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be working at a modern, country hotel where you will be required to focus on working in the kitchen serving the bar which offers pub style dining and features a terrace area. The bar offers all day dining with a menu that features a range of dishes including small plates, sandwiches, pub classics and more modern dishes with the chefs working to one AA Rosette standards. This Junior Sous Chef role will give you the opportunity to learn new skills in order to progress into a Sous Chef role including attending HOD meetings, carrying out ordering and creating dishes for the menus.
All chefs applying for this role must have fresh food experience ideally from a high quality 2 rosette standard background where you were working across all food dining outlets. CVs will be considered from Junior Sous Chefs or Senior Chef de Partie who are seeking a role where they can develop their career further whilst working in a busy, fresh food environment.
