A Head Pastry Chef position is available to join an award winning much talked about restaurant with rooms. The food is bold, vibrant and inventive comprising of quality ingredients including locally sourced and foraged produce, which are crafted into unique dishes. You will create and prepare all pastry items for the restaurant, be innovative around recipe development and delivery of dishes. Plan the menu of desserts and pastry to compliment savoury dishes and oversee junior pastry chefs where applicable.
The role needs a Pastry Chef that has experience working in 3 AA rosette or Michelin Star restaurants. A Head Pastry Chef who is innovative and creative and has a high level of practical and technical pastry knowledge. You must have a passion for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
