A Head Chef position is available at a Luxury country spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining in all the hotel food outlets. In this role of Head Chef, you will be responsible for the 1 AA rosette fine dining bistro at the hotel and will work closely with the executive chef. The bistro offers diners seasonally changing menus with dishes prepared using mainly fresh local ingredients. The bistro is open for lunch, and dinner Monday to Saturdays, and from 5 till 8 on Sundays. The hotel offers live in if needed and free parking along with a competitive salary and benefits.
Requirements:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced Head Chef with at least 2 years experience in a similar high-quality restaurant or bistro setting.
