Head Chef – TP2553 Permanent

A popular and successful Gastro pub and function venue is seeking a Head Chef.  As Head Chef you will be working with a committed brigade of chefs who you will lead ensuring a punctual, quality service for this high volume establishment serving fresh and homemade food. As well as staff training you will be responsible for all the ordering and associated paperwork. You will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the kitchen including training of junior members of staff.

Requirements:

An ambitious, level headed, extremely organised head chef with a proven track record of working in a high quality and high volume fresh food establishment. Must be committed to working evenings.
