A Head Chef position is available at a four star boutique town house hotel which is a busy dining venue serving fresh seasonally changing, French and modern British dishes in the Bistro. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Head Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst managing the kitchen and supervising the team of 6 chefs in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing hotel company.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from Head Chefs or Senior Sous Chef looking to progress, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 1 AA Rosette experience. A Head chef who has the drive and ability to be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
