A restaurant based at a 4* Country resort is seeking a Head Chef to ensure service times run smoothly and develop the team to a high standard. The restaurant has well produced menus using fresh food and features a combination of Brasserie style dishes and modern pub dishes, aspiring to produce top end food. As Head Chef you will join a well established team working for an exceptional company with career progression. The team cooks for large numbers during the peak season, and as Head Chef you will be responsible for ensuring all company procedures are followed consistently.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Head Chef in a food led pub or branded restaurant where you were cooking fresh food. An ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer you progression within a company would be ideal. Comprehensive knowledge of all Kitchen management and paperwork requirements is essential for this position.
