The Owners of a newly purchased property is seeking a Head Chef to assist with the management and progression of the business which is located in stunning County Durham countryside. The boutique hotel will offer high end accommodation and have a modern British bistro offering first rate seasonally changing fresh food menus. The property has a café in the extensive grounds offering all day fresh food dining including afternoon teas. The property needs a hands on Head Chef who can liaise closely with the management and is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst managing the junior members of the team.
An experienced Head Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
