This multi award winning restaurant, with 2 Rosettes, has 40 covers and a brigade of 4. As Head Chef you will come from an award winning background in fine dinning, you will be given the freedom to make your mark, develop your style and enthuse the team with your passion for food. Using the kitchen garden for fresh vegetables and herbs and locally sourced Meats and Game.
This role would suit a passionate head chef showing longevity on their CV who is already a Head Chef within a 2-3 rosette or Michelin Awarded Restaurant. Experience of creating Michelin Sat and rosette standard dishes is essential. A passionate chef who has an outstanding food knowledge and ability to demonstrate flair with a good pallet.
