The Head Chef of a 4 star city centre hotel in Harrogate is seeking to strengthen the team by appointing an experienced Sous Chef. The hotel offers dining in the Brasserie style restaurant, lounge and bar area a very busy conference and banqueting department with weddings being catered for most weekends. As Sous Chef you will assist in organising, motivating, monitoring and training the brigade of chefs and be able to cover any section during service times whilst also being able to run the kitchen during the Head Chefs days off.
This is a great opportunity for a strong sous chef with a stable cv, looking for the next step in their career, working in a prestigious hotel. Previous experience of working at Sous Chef level in a 4 star multi outlet hotel is essential for all chefs applying for this position.
