Head Chef ~ TP2359 Full Time Permanent

The General Manager of this well run hotel located in Harrogate is seeking a Head Chef who can put their own mark on the kitchen ideally with 4* Hotel experience. The hotel offers dining in the restaurant, the bar and also has functions rooms which are popular at the weekend and used for conferences during the week. The hotel prides itself on fresh food so experience of using fresh produce is essential. You will be leading a brigade of 7 Chefs so good leadership skills are also required. Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also part of this role.

Requirements:

This role would suit a Head Chef with previous experience in multi outlet hotels of 4 star standard. It is important that all chefs applying have good all round cooking skills and excellent man management skills. Excellent knowledge of current hygiene regulations, GP’s Budgets and managing stock is also essential for this role.
