A Head Chef position is available to manage the kitchen operation at a busy Sheffield entertainment venue, ensuring that all food for the hospitality suits and the public outlets is to the highest possible standard and that the kitchen is run in a safe and hygienic way. You will be support the food and beverage manager and the hospitality manager to ensure that customer expectations are always exceeded. No two days are the same at tis venue so you will need to be flexible, have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and have a creative flare.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, Head Chef with a minimum of three years experience in a busy fresh food kitchen, ideally with large banqueting and events catering experience. Sound knowledge of kitchen safety and management systems and hold food safety qualifications. excellent communication skills, can forward plan, and able to coach and develop junior members of the kitchen team.
