The owners of a well run busy seasonal restaurant which is part of a small company is seeking a Head Chef that can continue to deliver the food standards which are expected by the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the restaurants reputation in the area. The Head Chef will need to work closely with the motivated team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The all day menus consist of modern British style dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients sourced locally cooked to exceptional standards. As Head Chef you will have the authority to push the business forwards whilst leading the team of five chefs from the front ensuring the standards are maintained during extremely busy peak seasons which sees the outdoor area being used to capacity.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Head Chef with Michelin Star or rosette experience and be used to volume. A Head Chef that enjoys a challenge, is a good leader and remains calm under pressure is essential for this role.
