Head Chef ~ TP2129 Full Time Permanent

A Head Chef is required for this pub restaurant located in Newcastle to help to grow the reputation in the area, offering high quality fresh food. As Head Chef will need to work  ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The pub restaurant offers gastro pub style menus made with all fresh ingredients for lunches and evening meals with plenty of Al fresco dining.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record, and a stable background. The candidate could either be an experienced Sous Chef looking for a step up or a head chef at a pub/restaurant where menus were created with fresh ingredients. An enthusiastic and ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer a great spring board for your career and reputation.
