Located within a popular eating and drinking area in Sheffield this modern funky restaurant with sports bar is seeking a Head Chef to take on this opportunity to shine in the role and ensure that standards are maintained. The menus will feature ribs, burgers, and wings along with sharing platters and light bites. The dishes including the marinades will all be made homemade using quality fresh food. The kitchen of the property will have a team of 3 chefs and the seated indoor and outdoor area can serve 100 plus covers for lunch and dinner service.
A Head Chef who has been working in a similar fresh food environment where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a strong team leader who has a mature approach to training in the kitchen in order to get the best out of your team. All chefs should be fully aware of current hygiene legislation with experience of training others in this area and ensuring it is followed at all times.
*This is a permanent role* with a starting date of May 2021
