Head Chef – SB2461 Full Time Permanent

A Head Chef position is available at an award winning four star luxury hotel, which is part of a successful group. The hotel is a busy dining venue with a 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this Head Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst maintaining the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of 10 chefs in the kitchen.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from Head Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy corporate kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A Head chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
