A Head Chef position is available at a multi outlet 4 star Country Spa Hotel located in Maidenhead. As Head Chef you will organise, monitor and train the brigade of 6 chefs. The spa hotel serves 80 plus covers each day in the restaurant serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. The hotel offers 2 rosette standard, all day brassiere style, relaxed dining and afternoon teas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experience Head Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment in a well equipped kitchen.
A Head Chef with a minimum of 1 Rosette experience, a stable background who can demonstrate good leadership skills and can control budgets. Previous experience of working in multi outlet hotels where you had input on the design of the menus.
