An established hotel company based in Suffolk is seeking a Head Chef for a prestigious restaurant with rooms in a wonderful resort. As Head Chef you will manage the kitchen to deliver the award winning quality dishes for its busy operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast and lunch menu, afternoon teas and offers fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. During the peak season the hotel is very busy and needs a Head Chef who is capable of running the kitchen under pressure and also complete all necessary kitchen paperwork.
An experienced Head Chef who has the ability to run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, award winning fresh food kitchens is essential.
