An Exciting Head Chef position is available to join an experienced team at a luxury Seaside spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The hotel has a variety of outlets and in this position of head chef you will manage a team of 5 to run the 2 AA rosette 50 covers fine dining restaurant, a popular 35 cover bistro, afternoon tea service and also cater for weddings, events and conferences. The restaurant serves Modern/Classic dishes which are made using all fresh ingredients, you will have autonomy on the menu in consultation with the owner. This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at the hotel, and is very busy during the tourist seasons.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a minimum 2 AA rosette fresh food establishment.
