This is a superb opportunity to join a successful family owned hotel that require an experienced and talented Head Chef to manage the 2 Rosette bar and brasserie food operation. The menus are a relaxed lunch style menu and a mixture of fine dining and gastro bar items in the evenings – simply great food and excellent service in stunning countryside village surroundings in the heart of Worcestershire. The head chef will lead the team to prepare, cook and present dishes with pride and passion, rising to the challenge of a busy service and ensuring food standards are met at all times.
The perfect Head chef will have experience motivating and leading teams, and will take every opportunity to lead by example. You should have proven experience of 2 rosette standard and of working in a busy food environment. Have a passion for food and creating dishes, be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, and advanced level food safety and health and safety qualifications.
