The General Manager of a luxury boutique hotel is seeking a Head Chef to assist with the management of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers dining in a variety of outlets including a beach bar terrace, a brasserie and a fine dining restaurant, all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a also a very popular location for business conference and meetings and is busy all year round but especially during the holiday peak season. A hands on Head Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team is needed for this role.
An experienced Head Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in a similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential along with a chef who enjoys island living.
