A Head Chef position is available at a multi-outlet hotel which has a busy dining operation focused on creating fresh, seasonal produce. In this role of Head Chef you will oversee the preparation of dishes for the Brasserie style restaurant; the bar and the conference/ banqueting department which is popular with both leisure and corporate guests. Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also a key part of this role.
Requirements:
This role would suit a very strong Sous Chef seeking their first Head Chef role or a Head Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. This position would be ideal for a chef who has a proven track record of working in a fresh food branded operation. Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
