The Exec Chef of a large 4* hotel in Lincolnshire is seeking a Head Chef to run the Brasserie Kitchen. This is a fast paced, high volume dining operation that requires a Head Chef who can fully organise their team to maintain the high standards expected at the venue. The kitchen has a strong team of 8 chefs already in place and just requires a Head Chef to organise the team effectively and take the reigns.
A Head Chef who has experience of running a volume fast paced fresh food operation is needed for this role. It is important that you can demonstrate that you are organised, disciplined and have good communication skills.
