The position of Head Chef is available at a country pub located in a beautiful village setting, that has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The pub restaurant currently serves modern British seasonal dishes along with traditional pub classics using the best of local seasonal produce but as head chef you will have full autonomy on the menu. This is a friendly village pub which is part of a company who is very supportive of not only the head chefs but also the kitchen teams. In this “hands on” role of Head Chef you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the kitchen including training and developing your team working in a brigade of 5/6.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, passionate and experienced head chef or sous chef with a 2 years experience, including time management and a proven track record working in high quality fresh food kitchens.
Due to the location of this property it is essential that all applicants have access to their own transport
