Head Chef / Catering Manager – SB2368 Full Time Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef to join a Successful company at one of its popular holiday parks. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all of the food outlets on the site ranging from an all day restaurant, bar and restaurant, seafood restaurant and individual units that are spread around the site offering a variety of takeaway dishes. During peak season the park is extremely busy and fast paced but out of season it is quieter. It is essential that you have a sound working knowledge of all kitchen paperwork as the site is audited regularly,

You will also;

• maintain health and safety processes and a 5-star rating
• achieve GP targets for the site, as well as helping to manage stock and labour costs

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at either Catering Manager or Head Chef level and have experience in volume branded kitchens. A Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
