Head Chef – CG2162 Full Time Permanent

A private company which has a great reputation for food led pubs is seeking a Head Chef to join the team at one of their pubs on the Wirral. The pub serve menus featuring traditional pub classics which are all prepared from fresh ingredients on site with a focus on seasonality. As head chef you will report to the Company Exec Chef, you will have an input on the seasonal menu but will have full autonomy on the specials. This a great opportunity for chefs who want to receive training and join a progressive and expanding pub chain. Requirements:

Committed, hardworking and flexible Sous or Head Chef with previous experience of working in fresh food kitchens.
