An Exciting Head Chef position is available to join an experienced team at a luxury country spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The hotel has a variety of outlets but in this position of head chef you will run the 2 AA rosette 100 covers fine dining restaurant. The restaurant serves Modern/Classic dishes which are made using all fresh ingredients, you will have autonomy on the menu in consultation with a renowned Exec Head Chef . This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel and you can expect to cater for a maximum of 120 covers during a service, offering a 3 course TDH Menu each evening.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a minimum 2 AA rosette fresh food establishment.
