Head Chef – CG2017 Full Time Permanent

A successful and expanding family business based  around Windermere in the beautiful lake district, is seeking a Head Chef to join the progressive team. In this role of head Chef you will be joining a company which offers fantastic training and support and you will have the chance to develop and experience a wide range of dining styles. The company has a variety of outlets all of which serve good quality fresh food dishes and are very busy during the tourist seasons so you must be used to volume. As head chef you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s  reputation for excellent food and service is adhered to, and ensure a smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Head Chef  for a minimum of 3 years, have the ability to work under pressure whilst following dish specifications and standards and have a positive and approachable manner.
