This is a superb opportunity to join a successful and expanding hotel company that require a Head Chef at one of their high quality country house hotel located in the stunning Scottish Countryside. The hotel has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining in the main restaurant and also in its waterside café. The restaurant primarily serves daily caught fish and seafood dishes using all fresh seasonal ingredients and as Head Chef you will have autonomy on all menus. The Waterside Cafe is also very popular and serves lighter dishes and small plates which include fresh fish and seafood options. The hotel also has private dining rooms and function suites that can cater for 100 plus covers for conferences and weddings. This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel and is particularly busy during the summer season. In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the kitchen and will work closely with the group executive chef.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a high quality fresh food establishment.
