An exciting opportunity for an experienced banqueting chef, who will have an input on the menus to take charge of the Banqueting department at a luxury hotel in Ascot, that offers high quality fresh food in all of its outlets. The banqueting department provides meals for functions, celebrations, banqueting and large events. As Banqueting head Chef you will lead the department, and be responsible for training and developing the junior chefs that you are responsible for to ensure customer expectations are maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Banqueting head chef to work with talented and enthusiastic chefs where you have plenty of opportunities to progress within the an award winning exclusive company.
A head Chef who has experience working in multi award winning multi outlet hotels, with busy banqueting departments, is required to take on this role. It is important that you are very organised, have excellent communication skills, and strive to provide a consistently high quality service.
