The role of Executive Head Chef is available at a luxury property located in Worcestershire. In this role of Executive Head Chef you will oversee the food operation for the restaurant and banqueting facilities with the role expecting you to remain ‘hands on’ in the kitchen whilst also taking on the management responsibilities of the role. The hotel has a fine dining restaurant that caters for 45 covers as well as a conference/ banqueting department. This is a great opportunity to join the property with the expectation that you can push the food standards further forward by creating your own menus whilst ensuring that your team of chefs have the capacity to work to the standards you implement. There is a fantastic bonus scheme offered with this role to the right candidate.
A highly experienced Head Chef or Executive Head Chef who have gained experience working in multi-outlet hotels with award winning dining but are also used to cooking for large numbers. It is essential that you wish to remain in a ‘hands on’ role in the kitchen, chefs who wish to remain in an office role will not be considered for the position. Excellent all round cooking skills, creative menu design, strong team management experience and an in depth knowledge of kitchen management and finances are essential.
