A Exec Head Chef role is now available at a high quality 4 star spa resort hotel which has an 100 cover modern British restaurant, busy bar area and is also popular for banqueting as it has a number of different rooms available for both corporate and private events. In this role of Exec Chef you will be leading the team of chefs and offering excellent team development. Ensuring the team are working to the standards expected consistently. The role will expect you to follow hygiene legislation, the hotel has a 5 star hygiene rating, manage the kitchen finances and create new dishes for the menus.
A Head Chef who has a background working in multi-outlet, four star hotel at 2AA rosette level is needed to take on this position. Strong all round cooking abilities are essential but it is also important that you have a track record in food management and food margin control and an excellent knowledge of kitchen management.
