Demi Chef De Partie – SB2162 Full Time Permanent

A luxury country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 25 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Demi Chef de Partie you will be working with a team of 10 chefs cooking dishes for the Brasserie. The Brasserie Offers an elegant open-plan dining space serving an all-day menu fusing British and Mediterranean cuisine, and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday, with a daily specials board. This is an excellent opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join a progressive company, and may offer you the opportunity to work in the other dining options available at the hotel.

Requirements:

A very strong Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. It is essential that you have the skills to work in a team and are passionate about working with fresh food to high standards.
