A Demi Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen of a luxury hotel in Kent
The Executive Chef of a top quality hotel is seeking to appoint a Demi Chef de Partie to their kitchen team. In this role of Demi Chef ed Partie you will have the opportunity to cook to award winning standards whilst using seasonal, fresh ingredients that are largely sourced from the local regions wherever possible. This role will offer you plenty of training in order to develop your all round knowledge including moving around the sections in the kitchen.
A very strong Commis Chef with a top quality background or a Chef de Partie seeking to take a step back in order to work in a luxury venue would be ideal. A keen chef who wishes to take on a role where they will continue to receive ongoing training in order to progress up the ladder will be well suited to this position.
