An excellent opportunity for a Cook or chef, who is looking for a work life balance, to join a successful care company. In this role you will work day time shifts, a maximum of 36 hours a week, and will be following branded menus to cater for 27 residents at any one time. In this job you will be using fresh food to provide nutritionally balanced and visually appealing breakfasts, lunches and light teas whilst also catering for special dietary requirements, but full training will be given. You will be working 3 days a week on a rota basis, Monday, Thursday, Friday one week followed by Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday the next week. This is a small team and you will liaise with the care staff to ensure residents needs are catered for.
Requirements:
A Chef who has a a proven track record of working in fresh food kitchens is required to take on this position. A chef who has good communication skills, and a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to not only provide meals for the residents but also cater for parties and birthdays etc… to make a difference.
