The Head Chef of a boutique hotel situated in the heart of Sheffield is seeking a Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade, cooking good quality dishes for the restaurant, bar and busy conference and banqueting operation. The property has an excellent reputation in the city and serves modern menus using the latest cooking techniques, using fresh seasonally changing ingredients. The banquet and conference department is extensive and can cater for 100 plus covers for meetings weddings and graduations. An exciting opportunity for a Commis chef who wants to work in a progressive company and receive lots of training and experience.
A Commis Chef who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a committed chef who has a positive attitude to work and wants to progress in their career.
