A boutique hotel that offers fine dining in the 50 cover restaurant is recruiting for a Commis Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef to work in a team of chefs who are lead by a talented Head Chef who’s career has been based in highly acclaimed kitchens and is now seeking to push the standards forward at the hotel. All food served at the hotel is prepared from scratch onsite from fresh, seasonal ingredients with plenty sourced from the region Yorkshire.
A Commis Chef who has already been working in a professional kitchen where you have gained good basic cooking skills is required to take on this role. It is important that you are willing to work hard in order to assist the kitchen in achieving its ambitions of gaining awards.
