The owner of a renowned multi award winning restaurant is seeking a Commis Chef to support the brigade of 14 chefs to push forward the already outstanding reputation of the restaurant and private function rooms. The restaurant is busy all year round serving locals and destination visitors with the dishes on the menus being created using fresh seasonally changing local ingredient. The modern British Menus are changed daily depending on the season, what the local farms are producing and fishermen are catching. The successful candidate should have experience of working as Commis Chef with fine dining experience. It is essential that you are hard working, passionate, forward thinking, have a can do attitude and can work well under pressure.
