A restaurant based at a 4* Country resort based in Devon is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team. In this role of Commis Chef you will largely focus on preparing dishes for the restaurant at the property which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant has well produced menu using fresh food and features a combination of Brasserie style dishes and modern pub dishes, aspiring to produce top end food. This is an exceptional company to work for.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Commis Chef in a food led pub or branded restaurant where you were cooking fresh food. An ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer you progression within a company would be ideal.
