Commis Chef ~ SB2250 Full Time Permanent

The position of Commis Chef is available at a village restaurant which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality, fine dining. The restaurant has a modern, British menu which is all made in house. In this role of Commis Chef you will be working to a high standard, using fresh ingredients, working with a renowned chef (3 star Michelin). You will be working in a brigade of 6/10.  The role comes with excellent in house training.  This position will look fantastic on your CV.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Commis Chef at a similar style volume, fast paced, fresh food property, where you have demonstrated excellent standards. An enthusiastic, hands on chef that is creative, confident and a good team player. Due to the location of this restaurant, you will need your own transport.
