Commis Chef – MT2148 Full Time Permanent

Exciting opportunity for two Commis Chefs to join a brigade of 8 chefs at a country house hotel in Leicestershire that offers high quality, award winning dining in its modern British restaurant. The restaurant serves an average of 20-30 covers midweek followed by 40-50 covers at the weekend as well as offering an afternoon tea service. There is also a busy banqueting and conference department and this hotel is a popular wedding venue. In this Commis Chef position you will be trained on all sections in the kitchen making this an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience of a variety of cooking and service styles.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from chefs who are ambitious, have a drive, commitment and enthusiastic to learn and develop. It is important that you can show a stable background and you can demonstrate that you are reliable.
