A great opportunity is available for a Seasonal Commis Chef to join the kitchen of a hotel that is very busy during the summer months. Working under highly experienced Head and Sous Chefs this role of Commis Chef will allow you to learn a lot, continuing to develop your all round cooking skills. The restaurant at the hotel is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with menus that focus on creating classic dishes that are prepared with modern twists and presented to a high standard.
All Commis Chefs applying to the role should be used to working in good quality, fresh food kitchens but are seeking a new challenge to widen their abilities. The ability to follow clear instructions and an eagerness to continue to develop your skills through ongoing training is essential.
