Chef or Cook – MT2183 Full Time Permanent

The owners of a family run golf club located near Grantham is seeking a Chef or Cook to run the kitchen operation. The club house offers a variety of homemade dishes ranging from simple snacks to three course meals. You will be working mainly daytime shifts with the occasional evenings shifts when providing events for members and guests. You will have a strong input on the menus and must be able to complete all paperwork necessary to run a kitchen.

Requirements:

A calm and responsible Chef who has the ability to work well under pressure and has a minimum of three years previous experience working in fresh food kitchens.
