An excellent opportunity for a Chef Manager to run a fresh food café located in a modern farm shop complex, in Lincolnshire. The cafe is well established and has gained an excellent reputation for producing great fresh food using the freshest seasonal ingredients available. The menus consist of breakfasts, snacks, lunches, cakes and afternoon teas so pastry skills would be an advantage. As Chef Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are maintained throughout the day-time dining and also bring ideas for new dishes to keep the menu fresh and vibrant. In this position of Chef Manager you will be working straight shifts and day time only.
This position would suit an existing Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking for promotion, that has a proven track record in managing small fresh food kitchens. You must have a proven record of achieving budgeted Gross Profit margins and ensuring a safe working kitchen environment.
