This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager to manage the kitchen within a successful business. In this role you will be responsible for providing breakfast and lunches for employees between 50 – 80 covers, as well as hospitality for working meetings. Fine dining evening events and canape evenings take place throughout the year. Bistro style plated lunches made from fresh produce which are all cooked on site. You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management and staff training to ensure that high standards are maintained.
