A privately owned fresh food restaurant and retail shop with an excellent reputation, is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen. The menu is created using locally sourced fresh seasonal produce cooked to rosette standards. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the restaurant and shop from fresh local ingredients whilst ensuring the smooth running of your clean and tidy section.
A Chef de Partie or very strong Demi Chef de Partie who has been working in high quality, fresh food, minimum one AA Rosette level kitchens is required for this role. Chefs with the confidence to work with new and innovative ideas will be ideal for this role.
