Chef de Parties – CG2219 Full Time Permanent

The Exec Chef of a busy gastro pub located in Llandudno is seeking Chef de Parties to join the team of 10 chefs at the property. The pub offers both lunch time and evening dining consisting of menus with frequently changing seasonal dishes prepared from the best of fresh local Welsh produce. The pub has a great reputation and is extremely busy with both locals and tourists. This is a great chance to join a progressive company where you will have opportunities to progress.

Requirements:

This would be an ideal role for Chef de Parties who has been working in respected volume fresh food pubs where you were cooking gastro style pub meals. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced kitchen is essential.
