A luxury country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a number of Chef de Parties including a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will not only prepare dishes for the 3 AA rosette fine dining restaurant at the property, but you will also have the opportunity to move around the different sections of the kitchen. The hotel has a lighter bar menu, caters for private dining, having a number of different suits for this purpose, and is also a popular venue for afternoon teas and weddings. The Head Chef has some autonomy to create their own menus with the restaurant winning awards and dining accolades for the dishes based on classic cooking but prepared with modern twists whilst letting the excellent ingredients be the star attraction. This is an excellent opportunity for Chef de Parties who want to gain experience and training in an award winning kitchen.
Requirements:
A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
