Chef de Partie – TP2533 Full Time

An established Italian Restaurant and takeaway, is recruiting for a Chef de Partie with experience in Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers authentic Italian Cuisine cooked to a high standard and has an excellent reputation locally. In this role of Chef de Partie, you will be assisting a small team of chefs to deliver freshly prepared and cooked dishes with an emphasis on pizzas, pasta, and seafood.

Requirements:

A Chef de Partie who has a proven track record of preparing and cooking authentic pizzas, is enthusiastic, courteous, pays excellent attention to details and is flexible with a can-do attitude. A chef de partie who ideally has experience working in fresh food Italian restaurants and works effectively and efficiently to a high standard and remains calm under pressure.
